Payment Options:
All payments must be completed and received by WhyteTide before any item can be dispatched. WhyteTide provides payment options such as Credit card, PayPal and direct deposit.

Credit Card & Debit Card Online: We use eWay and ANZ for all our online transactions. We accept Visa or Mastercard payments. This method is an instant payment and therefore it is the fastest and easiest way to make your payment.

PayPal: All major credit cards including Mastercard, Visa, e-cheques and direct bank deposits can be processed through this method.

Direct Bank Deposit:  If you have paid by direct deposit (processing the transaction from your internet banking facility or nearest branch), it may take up to three working days for the transaction to be processed and appear in our account.

Shipping Options:
We require a STREET ADDRESS for all deliveries. Below outlines the different shipping methods for both Australian and International customers. Once we've received your order and payment your delivery preference is noted, your order is packed and sent via your choice of shipping as set out below. Please note that all items are packed in plastic bags for product protection.

We aim to have all ordered packed and dispatched within 3-7 working days from the time of payment being received.

*For Australian Customers we offer a courier and express post service:

$9.00 buys you a REGULAR strong plastic satchel.
$18.00 buys you an INSURED strong plastic satchel. This method requires a signature on delivery (signatures must be made by the person who's name is on the package). This means you will need to be at the listed address for the time of delivery.
Northern Territory Customers - NT orders will be sent via Australia Post Express unless otherwise notified

New Zealand - $17.00AUD
UK and US - $21.00 AUD
Rest of the world - $26 AUD

These deliveries may take 10 - 28 working days unless you are in a remote area which would take longer depending on each countries postal service. 2-3 garments will fit easily in each parcel.

WhyteTide Swimwear and any companies affiliated with dispatching products and orders take the utmost care in ensuring your order is received successful lywithin the time frames listed above. If you believe there has been an error with your order or you have not received it after 14 working days Australia wide (30 working days for International orders) please contact us via our contact page ASAP. We will do our best to resolve the delivery issue as promptly as possible.
