Refund & Exchange

All WhyteTide Swimwear products have a 100% customer satisfaction and quality guaranteed. Products that are found to be unfit will be replaced or repaired at no cost to the customer. Only the best quality and most technologically advanced fabrics are used in the manufacturing of our products. Despite this, we strongly recommend being aware of rough surfaces, such as rocks and concrete, as these abrasive surfaces can damange your swimwear, which they were not designed to tolerate.

IN THE EVENT OF PRODUCT MISUSE, WE WILL BE UNABLE TO EXCHANGE, REFUND OR REPAIR DAMAGED PRODUCT.

When you ARE eligible for a Refund or Exchange:
Refer to the "please note" section at the bottom of the page for more detail.
  • The item(s) is in "as new condition" - not worn or damaged in any way.
  • The item(s) size label is intact.
  • The item(s) is being returned within 10 days of the customer receiving the item(s)
When you are NOT eligible for a Refund or Exchange:
Refer to the "please note" section at the bottom of the page for more detail.
  • The item(s) is not in "as new condition" - the item(s) is worn or damaged in some way.
  • The item(s) has pilling or snags in the fabric, including damage that causes a fuzzy texture.
  • The item(s) is being returned outside of our 10 day exchange period. 
Repairs

Repairs may only be issued for items deemed faulty by the production team. Repairs are usually performed free of charge, though we reserve the right to deny a repair at our discretion.

When a Customer's Item IS Eligible for Repair:
  • The item(s) has broken stitching though not showing signs of excessive wear or stretching.
  • The item(s) has some sort of manufacturing or printing defect.
When they are NOT eligible for a Repair:

These are all signs of normal wear and tear. 

  • The item(s) elastic has perished/worn out/aged from exposure to sun, salt, chlorine or sunblock.
  • The item(s) straps have stretched or have been damaged by sunscreen.
  • The item(s) lining has laddered or has disintegrated through excessive wear.
How to make an exchange or refund (or repair request)

*FREE RETURN FREIGHT ON YOUR INITIAL EXCHANGE
Refunds and exchanges can ONLY be issued once the goods have been received by our dispatch team.
Please download and include our return slip when making an exchange or refund.

Please Note:

  • Refunds do not include postage costs and incur a 5% restocking fee.
  • We do not process refunds on sale items for change of mind. Store credit will be inssued in this case
  • Store Credit is available instead of full priced refunds and does not include postage costs.
  • Customers are responsible for any freight charges that come with returning the items to the warehouse.
  • Exchanged items will  be returned FREE of charge*. This free return only applies to your intial exchange on full priced items and any return freight after this will be charged.
  • Exchanged items that were originally purchased as 'sale items' will incur a return freight charge 
  • If there has been a mistake with your order we will do our best to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
Out of Stock Policy

Should an item chosen be unavailable, for whatever reason, customers will be contacted to be advised of their options. If there is more stock scheduled to be produced in the near future, the waiting list is a available. If the product has been discontinued, then the customer may choose another item. If these options are unsatisfactory, a full refund can be issued.
